The central location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Bright on foot. The cleanliness and styling of the rooms were top-notch, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

clean rooms with daily service - hot water and great shower. ideal location in the centre - close to food and shops. staff are excellent and polite. the bus stop in front goes to mt hotham or wangaratta.

Everything was really good, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly. In front of a bus stop, the location was magnificent and marvellous, easy to walk local shops. Btw, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Bright Splash Park...

It was immaculate, bright and on the bottom level. A refrigerator, climate control, and a kettle were a huge plus. The hotel was in a brilliant location, right next to the beer garden. Moreover, it was so close to the town's restaurants, bars and the splash park, good local cafes at walking distance and the bistro.

The location is brilliant! the hotel is within walking distance to everything, making it convenient for families with a baby. the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Relaxing at the pub and enjoying live entertainment added to the enjoyable stay. Exploring landmarks like Bright Museum and Apex Lookout enhanced family bonding. customer service and cleanliness could be improved for a more satisfying experience.

Nothing to complain about, we liked this accommodation and couldn't recommend more. The breakfast offered a lot of OUTSTANDING meals. There were great beds and a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning in the double room. Location - it was particularly good and perfect, a bus station was in front of the hotel.
